The fees of our firm of solicitors are freely negotiated between solicitor and client.

These fees depend on the difficulty of the case, the time required, its importance, its urgency and the results obtained. Hourly rates are normally between 100 up to 170 euros.

The matter of fees is usually arranged before we agree to act. CSA may also offer its services at an all-in fee. Expenses (telecommunications, travelling, photocopies etc) are billed when really incurred.

The client is sent a detailed bill when the dossier has been completed and funds on account are requested as our services continue.
